What Steady is

Steady is a fasting timer that helps with the hard hours. It is not a medical device and it does not replace your doctor. It cannot measure anything in your body. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing it says is medical advice.

Everything Steady says is fixed text chosen by simple rules from what you have told it. It can still be wrong for you. Treat it as a reminder, not an authority, and never as a reason to ignore how you feel.

Your responsibility

You decide whether to fast, for how long, and when to stop. Steady counts hours and checks in with you; it cannot see you and does not know your health. Read the health disclosure before you start.

• If you feel unwell during a fast, stop and eat. Always. No fast is worth it.
• If you take medication or manage a health condition, talk to your doctor before you start fasting.

Your license

ChamsDel Online LLC gives you a personal license to use Steady on phones you own or control. You cannot sell it, share it or transfer it. You may not copy, change or take apart the app, except where the law says you may. We keep all rights we do not give you here.

Subscription

Steady is a paid subscription, billed by the store you got it from: Apple or Google. It renews on its own at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you started with a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time in that store's subscription settings. After you cancel, you keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Steady.

Acceptable use

Do not try to get around the subscription check.

Availability

Everything in Steady works without a connection. Only buying or restoring a subscription needs one. We may change or stop offering Steady. If we stop, your data stays on your phone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Steady is provided as-is, and ChamsDel Online LLC is not liable for decisions you make about eating, fasting, medication or your health based on anything the app shows or says. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription. If you break these terms, your license ends.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Using Steady after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, except where your local law gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
